WHEREAS, Party A is a reputable provider of modular homes in Selby, and Party B desires to engage in a contractual relationship for the purchase and/or construction of modular homes;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Definitions

In Contract, unless context otherwise requires:

1.1 “Modular homes” means prefabricated housing that is constructed off-site and transported to the final location for assembly.

1.2 “Selby” refers to the specific geographic location within the United Kingdom where the modular homes will be constructed and/or delivered.

2. Scope Work

2.1 Party A agrees to provide modular home construction and/or delivery services to Party B as per the specifications outlined in the attached schedule.

2.2 Party B agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the modular homes and adhere to the payment schedule set forth in the payment terms section of this Contract.

2.3 Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 The total contract price for the modular homes shall be [Insert Amount], payable in installments as outlined in the payment schedule attached hereto.

3.2 Party B shall make payments in accordance with the payment schedule, with the final payment due upon completion of the modular home construction and/or delivery.

4. Governing Law

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Any amendments to this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

6.2 This Contract may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
