Legal Jobs Mississauga Contract

This Contract (“Contract”) is entered into and effective as of the date of the last signature below (“Effective Date”), by and between the undersigned parties, (“Employer”) and (“Employee”), collectively referred to as “Parties.”

Parties Summary
Employer: Legal Firm Inc., located at 123 Main Street, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Employee: John Doe, residing at 456 Oak Avenue, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

1. Employment

Employer hereby employs Employee as a legal professional to perform legal services in the capacity as determined by Employer. Employee accepts such employment and agrees to perform all duties and responsibilities in a competent and professional manner.

2. Term

The term of employment under this Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by either Party in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

3. Compensation

Employer shall pay Employee a salary of CAD 60,000 per annum, payable in bi-weekly installments. Employee`s compensation may be subject to adjustment at the discretion of Employer.

4. Confidentiality

Employee acknowledges that during the course of employment, they may have access to confidential and proprietary information of Employer. Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of Employer.

5. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

6. Entire Agreement

This Contract represents the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
